Not usually. Most leaks come from a loose, cracked or slipped tile or slate, failed flashing or a tired valley, and can be repaired on their own. A full re-roof is only needed when the roof system as a whole has failed or the roof is no longer safe. We will tell you honestly which applies to your Whitby home.
